IIAL Privacy Statement


The IIAL (International Intsitute for Action Learners) safeguards the quality of independent certification and registration of Action Learning Professionals.

GDPR – Privacy Statement IIAL

In this document, the following definitions with initial capital letters are used:

1. Privacy Statement: the statement established and maintained by IIAL regarding the use and processing of personal data as laid down in this document.

2. Personal Data: data provided by clients and customers to IIAL as referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. User: any user of the Website and/or affiliated Registers.

4. Client, Customer, Participant: any third party that has entered into an agreement with IIAL under which Personal Data may be provided.

Confidential Information: information obtained by IIAL during the execution of its activities (training, education, coaching, etc.) which IIAL qualifies as confidential and to which the provisions of this Privacy Statement apply.

What data is processed?

IIAL processes personal data received from you or your employer. This may include data received in relation to our products or services.

We collect and process, among others, the following personal data:

- your name, address and other contact details;

- information related to the register for which you have applied, including payment details;

- feedback and other information you provide to us.

In addition, IIAL collects and processes personal data in connection with your registration, such as attendance, continuing education activities, and successfully completed results.

This Privacy Statement applies to all products and services of IIAL. IIAL is not responsible for the privacy statements of other websites and sources.

IIAL respects the privacy of all users of its website and registers and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially.

Minors

If you are 16 years old or younger, you may only use our products or services under the supervision of your parents or legal guardians.

Article 1 – General

For the purpose of IIAL activities, privacy-sensitive data is recorded. IIAL processes this data in accordance with the GDPR.

Within IIAL, Personal Data and Confidential Information are only accessible to employees who require access in relation to their duties.

Clients, participants and users have the right to inspect, correct, supplement, delete and transfer their personal data in accordance with GDPR.

Article 9 – Register Administration

When registering in an IIAL register, personal information necessary for registration and accreditation purposes is collected and retained.
